Terms of Services

Reservations

Booking:
Reservations can be made via phone, online, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your table.  

No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may need to release your table to other guests.  

Cancellation:
Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance if you need to cancel or amend your reservation. Late cancellations may affect future booking priorities.  

Pick-Up Orders

Order Placement:
Orders can be placed via phone or online.   

Order Changes:
If we need to adjust your order or if an item is unavailable, we will contact you before preparing the food. Please ensure we can reach you, as we may not prepare the food until we have confirmed with you.  

Cancellation:
Kindly notify us at least 1 hour before your pick-up time if you need to cancel.  
 

Payment

Dine-In:
We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.  

Pick-Up Orders:
Payment is collected online or in person.

Health and Safety

Allergies and Preferences:
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order or making a reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.  

Hygiene Standards:
We uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience. 

Conduct

Respectful Behavior:
Guests are expected to treat staff and fellow diners with respect. Inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.  

Property Damage:
Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused during their visit.  

Pets:
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets, except service animals, are not allowed inside the restaurant.

Changes to Terms

Changes to Terms:
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
